La Redondela
I have stopped greeting Spanish men on my walks as they seem to think I'm trying to pick them up! But really, I'm only trying to pick up the really good looking ones... No, I know only greet couples, but that can also be dodgy...

This small beautiful village is our last stop before Portugal and a big favourite. I'm not so sure I'd like to be here in summer, when like so many seaside towns, thousands of tourists descend on it. We love the peacefulness of miles of promenade and almost no-one...
La Redondela

I looked up La Redondela on wiki, but it's all in Spanish. How strange is that!? I used Google Translate to translate it, but it's about as understandable as the Spanish. There is a lot of talk about the population in the 1400's and should this be massively interesting to you...you are so sad!

La Redondela
This is a sweet little church near the fishing boats and there's a sweet coffee place/restaurant right on the beach there too. Top right in the photo there is some very clean washing to be seen...

Have you seen a dark brown Shar Pei before? It's a first for me. And now exclusively to this amazing blog, I present you with the first one! And you thought your day could not get any better? Here, your life will never be the same again.
The only dark brown Shar Pei...
